Shipping Information

We try our best to send out your packages on time Monday—Friday, excluding public holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend, public holiday or Monday, your order will be shipped the following business day due to high volumes of orders during these times. In peak sale times, we also ask that you please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch with us at sales@twosistersthelabel.com.

Please take care to fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. Please note that delivery notes at checkout are for courier purposes only. For any questions about your order, please contact sales@twosistersthelabel.com prior to purchase.

Orders within Australia are primarily shipped via Auspost.

TAXES AND DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All prices on Twosisters The Label are in Australian dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information as these vary and are outside of our control. In the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order. A refund for your order or for shipping costs will not be given if you refuse to pay the duties and taxes.

DELIVERY TIME
Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that the delivery times listed are only estimations. Twosisters The Label is not responsible for any delays caused by the couriers, especially during high-volume periods. Twosisters the Label can never guarantee a delivery date or time. 

All parcels require to be signed on delivery. If you are not home to accept your package, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your package at the local post office.

If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing the order, email dispatch@twosistersthelabel.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your package is marked as undeliverable or returned to sender, a re-shipping fee will be required.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Twosisters The Label are not responsible for any lost packages if details are incorrect (e.g. address). This is the responsibility of the customer and we encourage you to check all details before submitting your order.If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, there are additional costs to re-send your parcel if the order has been shipped out to the incorrect address and returned back to us.Twosisters The Label will not reimburse additional charges.

PRE-ORDERS
All pre-orders will only be shipped once they have arrived in our warehouse. Please check the details section of the dress to check for the estimated arrival date. If you ordered a dress that is in stock along with your pre-order item, your dress won't be shipped out until the pre-order arrives. Please get in touch with us via emailsales@twosistersthelabel.com referencing your order number if you need to organise separate shipping.

SHIPPING PROTECTION
Shipping protection is able to be added to all orders to cover the cost of any parcels lost, stolen or damaged in transit prior to finalising your order. Insurance cost is based on the value of your cart - approximately 1.5% of the cart value. All claims to be made directly through Twosisters by emailing accounts@twosistersthelabel.com
