4 Steps for Healthy, Glowing Skin!

Everyone wants naturally glowing skin that looks great first thing in the morning. The question is, how?

The secret to healthy skin is a lot easier than people think! All it requires is 4 simple steps and a little daily discipline! Read on if you’d like to discover how to achieve the best skin of your life!

Cleanse 

Making sure your skin is clean and makeup-free at the end of the day is a non-negotiable step. No matter how late you’re getting in or how tired you feel, cleanse. your. face.

Even if you don’t wear makeup, cleaning your skin properly and thoroughly at the end of the day helps to remove any dirt, bacteria and pollutants that collect on your skin through the day.

Simply put, sunscreen protects your skin from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays. These rays come in two forms – UVA and UVB.

UVA rays are responsible for skin aging. Fine lines, wrinkles and age spots.

UVB rays, which are typically stronger in summer, is what causes sunburn.

Sitting indoors or in the shade protects you from UVB rays, but not UVA rays, which can pass through glass. So everyday activities like sitting next to a window or driving to work/school, exposes your skin to harmful UVA rays.
