Returns
If you don't absolutely love your new Twosisters The Label item you are able to return your order for store credit if the item meets our returns conditions:
- Australian orders must be returned within 21 days of delivery. Bridal collection MUST be returned within 7 days or late fee may apply.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty. Final sale items sent back will be disposed.
- All Bridal Collection can be refunded with a restocking
fee of $60 (to cover cost of processing and initial shipping cost).
- Australian returns after 21 days and before 30 days will incur a $15.00 late
return fee
- International orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- International returns received after 30 days and before 39 days will incur a
$15.00 late return fee
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed
- Items must still have all tags attached
- Due to hygiene concerns accessories (earrings, head pieces etc) cannot be
returned unless faulty
- Items are deemed faulty at point of delivery or in an unlikely event that a
wrong size has been sent and we have sold out in your preferred size
- Items are not part of a final sale promotion as listed in our Terms &
Conditions here

This is when you purchase the same exact style in two different sizes, and return the one that does not fit for a refund to your original payment method.
Please note: If you return both items, you will receive 1x refund to your original payment method & 1x store credit, as per policy. Applies to full priced garments only.
An exception to the above is if you have used your unique
welcome code on your first purchase for the same style in different sizes; if
you return both items, you are able to receive a refund for one item and store
credit for the other.

This is a beautiful dress and I wish I could give 5 stars but I had problems getting the correct size which unfortunately is a frequent problem with two sisters dresses - they usually don’t have the same fit between styles. I have dresses from this label (that all fit perfectly) in sizes 10, 12 and 14. Also don’t buy things on sale unless you are willing to keep items that don’t fit because they will not refund or exchange. I would say this particular dress fits pretty true to regular au size, but many others do not.

The fabric of the dress was beautiful, but the cut was wrong and bulged out on the chest just below the shoulders. When I looked back at the picture of the dress on the model, I noticed it on her as well so it was not just my slightly curvier figure that was the issue. Really unfortunate as I loved the idea of this dress.

Beautiful quality dress! Unfortunately, the fit is all sorts of wrong. Tight across the top, but loose around the waist. The strings at the back look great but make getting into this dress an absolute nightmare.

First of all the product is listed as pink, which isn't wholly untrue as the flower applique over the whole dress is pink and is true to color, however, the slip and the main body of the dress is actually beige. In fact, it is the exact color of my skin, not, as I thought from the pictures, a mauve/light pink color. Secondly, the proportions of the dress are strange, though I definitely ordered too big of a size, the neckline was very high and the skirt already very short. I am 5'2" and a size 6 reached my mid thigh. I am at a bit of a conundrum, had I ordered a smaller size the front panel of the dress meant to cover your chest area would have been very tight (and I'm only a B cup at best), however the rest of the proportions of the dress (ie the sleeves, the seem for the waist) definitely looked like they were in the wrong spots. I think this dress would work for someone tiny and very tall with a long torso, two thing I am not, unfortunately. Not that this is necessarily a fault of the dress but I thought that dress would be a light material but that slip is in fact quite heavy and wouldn't work for the summer occasion I had planned to wear it. Needless to say, I am returning the dress, though I am both at a loss and scared to order anything else from this site for fear this happens again and I have to pay another shipping fee to return another dress. :/
